How to Creat an Invisible FOLDER.....

1. Right click where ever you want the invisible folder to be and select create a new folder.
2. Right Click on the folder and hit rename. Erase the name of the folder so there is nothing there.
3. If you try to stop here windows will tell you that you need to provide a name.
So to get around this with the name field still active hold down ALT and press 0160 on the number pad (make sure Num Lock is on), release altYou should now have a blank name with nothing but a folder next to it
4. Now click on the nameless folder and right click. Select Properties.
5. Go to the Customize tab.
6. Find and press the Change Icon button. Scroll through the icons until you find one that has no image.
7. Hit OK and you have an invisible folder!
With the invisible folder you can hide what ever undesirables you have. Be it video games at work, pictures of your family or anything else you can think of "wink".
The folder will show up for a brief second if you put it on your desktop. For that reason it might be smart to place it inside a folder or amongst a group of folders.

well then i can help you little bit. i found this trick while messing up with group policy editor . That ...Microsoft reserves 20% of your available bandwidth for their own purposes like Windows Updates and interrogating your PC etc. same issue is with all microsft OS by default. You can get it back:
Click Start then Run and type "gpedit.msc" without quotes.
This opens the group policy editor.
Then go to:Local Computer Policy
then Computer Configurationthen Administrative Templates
then Network then QOS Packet Scheduler
and then to Limit Reservable Bandwidth. Double click on Limit Reservable bandwidth.
It will say it is not configured, but the truth is under the 'Explain' tab i.e."By default, the Packet Scheduler limits the system to 20 percent of the bandwidth of a connection, but you can use this setting to override the default.
"So the trick is to ENABLE reservable bandwidth, then set it to ZERO. This will allow the system to reserve nothing, rather than the default 20%.
It works on Win 2000 as well.How did you like it.please comment.
Note:This trick works only for windows xp sp2 professional and windows 2000 professional.It does not work on windows xp sp2 home edition As thers no way to edit group policy editor .....

അവസാനം ഞാന്‍ സമ്മതിച്ചു ..വേറെ വഴിയില്ലായിരുന്നു ...അങ്ങിനെ അളിയന്‍ നാട്ടിലുള്ള എല്ലാ ഫോര്മാളിടീസും കഴിഞ്ഞു എല്ലാവര്ക്കും പാര്‍ട്ടിയൊക്കെ കൊടുത്തു ..യാത്രയൊക്കെ പറഞ്ഞു .. ..എയര്‍ പോര്ടില് എത്തി എന്നെ വിളിച്ചു ...ഞാന്‍ ഇപ്പോള്‍ എമിഗ്രഷ്യന്‍ കഴിഞ്ഞു ഇനി വിമാനത്തില്‍ കയറാന്‍ കാത്തു നില്‍ക്കുകയാണ്‌ ..പിന്നെ വണ്ടിയുടെ വാടക അവിടെ എത്തിയാല്‍ അയച്ചു തരാമെന്നു ഡ്രൈവറോട് പറഞ്ഞു ..അല്ലന്കില്‍ അവളോട്‌ കൊടുക്കാന്‍ പറഞ്ഞിട്ടുണ്ട് ..അളിയന്‍ അവള്‍ക്കു പൈസ വല്ലതും കൊടുതിരിന്നോ ..ഏയ് ഇല്ല ...അവളോട്‌ അപ്പുറത്തെ വീട്ടില്‍ നിന്നും വാങ്ങി കൊടുക്കാന്‍ പറഞ്ഞു...ഇല്ലന്കില്‍ പറഞ്ഞു എത്തിയാല്‍ നമുക്ക് കൊടുക്കാമല്ലോ ...എന്റെ കാര്യം പോക്ക് തന്നെ ..ഞാന്‍ ഉറപ്പിച്ചു ...ഇപ്പോള്‍ ചെലവ് ഒന്നര ലക്ഷം ...ഒരു പണിയും ഇല്ലാത്ത ഒരു വിസയും ...കുറെ ബാധ്യധകലുമായി അളിയന്‍ എന്റെ അടുത്തേക്ക് പറന്നു
